最近准备学习python，所以在VS中勾选了python进行安装，无奈发现下载速度太慢，于是便寻找解决方法~
原理
VS是通过download.visualstudio.microsoft.com进行下载/更新的，只要将它映射为一个较快的DNS，就可以有效的提升下载速度。
实现
1.打开站长工具（http://tool.chinaz.com/dns/?type=1&host=download.visualstudio.microsoft.com&ip=），检测download.visualstudio.microsoft.com，找到最低TTL值的IP
2.打开hosts文件（位于C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc），修改下载地址对应的DNS，保存（该文件的修改需要管理员权限，如果使用NPP进行修改，需要运行管理员模式）
3.重新打开VS进行下载，网速虽然没有跑满，但也比原来以kb为计量单位的速度快多了~终于可以畅玩宇宙第一IDE了（误
